    Netmanager: connection management & auto cleanup for lost links
    
    New commands:
    - network list          List connections
    - network close <id>    Close connection(s)
    - network cleanup       Close orphaned connections
    
    Cleanup is also done automatically on link loss events.
    
    Closes issue #127
